Grays Decorating Supplies is a long-established decorating merchant with branches in Frimley and Basingstoke. While their original website provided basic business information, it lacked modern functionality, had limited product visibility, and did not support online sales. Grays approached Paradox Digital to bring their digital presence in line with their growing reputation – complete with a full eCommerce experience.

What Was Wrong With the Old Site?

The original site served as a static brochure with minimal product detail and limited engagement opportunities. Key issues included:

Outdated design with poor mobile responsiveness
No eCommerce functionality – customers couldn’t browse or buy online
Sparse service/product information and poor use of imagery

Our Solution: A Feature-Rich WooCommerce Site

We built a completely new WordPress website with WooCommerce at its core, allowing Grays to showcase and sell products online, while also improving branding and user experience. Key improvements included:
